Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required — every order ships free.

Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days will be dispatched the same day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at hello@thebacwaterstore.com to discuss options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time through the carrier’s website.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Vials are individually protected and shipped in sturdy, tamper-evident packaging.
