At The Bac Water Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right. Here is how our returns and refunds work.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened, unused vials within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Opened Products

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Once a vial has been accessed, its sterility cannot be verified, and we cannot resell or redistribute it. This policy exists to protect every customer who orders from us.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@thebacwaterstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the unopened product(s) back to us in their original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
